The Trump administration has cut a trillion dollars from healthcare spending and research to enable more tax cuts for billionaires! These cuts will cost 51,000 lives each year.

There will be two protest actions against these health care cuts on Friday, June 5, as part of the national Seven Days in June protest: 

• 7:00-8:30pm | Doctors will be at the First Amendment Monument at the Downtown Mall (Charlottesville Free Speech Wall) to answer questions about how these health care cuts are impacting our health.

• 8:30pm | Candlelight vigil for the 51,000 preventable deaths that will result every year from these funding cuts.
